I know what you are thinking, wasn’t Tekken suppose to be released at the end of this year? Well according to Namco’s site and a chat rep it would “seem” that Tekken is to be released this month. Of course I don’t know for sure, but figured I would pass this info along.

Of course keep in mind Virtua Fighter was just released so my guess is this would be nothing more than a ploy to draw attention away from VR. However it didn’t work because I picked that up earlier today.

Earlier today I read that Sirius and XM are to in an “all-stock merger of equals” merge. Not a whole lot of details and the market not being open today means no real “effect” will be seen until tomorrow. Either way it will be intersting to see what this means for the two satellite companies.
As you know I have been a long time XM listener and also had the opportunity to develop a Pioneer Inno and Delphi SkyFi3 interactive demos. I also am the designer and assistant developer of the unofficial XM radio fan site (XM411.com).
When more info is made available I will provide updates. Only time will tell what this means for the future.

I recently purchased a MacPro (as you may already know) and I started running Fusion from VMWare which is a beta virtualization program to run Windows on my Mac. Well a few days ago I downloaded an update for Parallels which is what I was originally using before Fusion. I am now able to run the bootcamp partition of my HD as the VM. This means only one machine to maintain and quicky gaining access to files and programs without having to reboot.
In this update I have gained back use of my favorite Actionscript editor FlashDevelop which is running in “Coherence” mode of Parallels which offers the ability to run Windows on OS X without the desktop or taskbar. Simpy put, it is sweet!
