Right before the release of CS4 last week, I posted a new tutorial that teaches the reader the basics of Flash panel development for Photoshop CS4. This feature is one of the many that is available in CS4, and really opens the door for Flash developers to create custom panels.

Okay an announcement is not as cool as the product on your desk, but CS4 has officially been announced as of 12am EST on September 23rd.
